Mariela grew up with many different breeds around her. She fell in love with hunting breeds during her internship in Vet school. Weimaraners have always been one of her favorite. When mentioning her interest to her handler friend, she was told that one of their hunting acquaintances might be having a puppy available. Mariela was excited and with no hesitation went to check on the pup. If you think there is no love of first sight, you are completely wrong because she experienced it with Vihra. Mariela was graduated with her masters of Vet medicine when Vihra was 6months old and moved to the USA. She married her long time fiancée Shaun and they now have a wonderful little boy. Living the military life, they move around often and their dogs follow them everywhere they go.
